Services
Five kinds of work, in the order they come in most often. Glass first, because most window problems turn out to be glass problems.
We take commercial work as well as houses, and no job is too small. Every job is quoted individually.
Line by line
-
Glass replacement
The headline service
Cracked, broken or fogged sealed units replaced in the frame that is already there. When the glass is the whole problem, this is a much smaller job than a new window: the unit gets swapped, the window stays put, and the work is usually done in an afternoon. If the frame really is finished, we will say so.
-
Window repair
Stuck, drafty or broken hardware
Cranks, hinges, latches, weather stripping and hardware. If a window will not open, will not close, or will not lock, most of the time it can be repaired rather than replaced.
-
Window replacement and installation
When the frame is done
New windows supplied and installed, Energy Star rated products. The person who measures the opening is the person who does the install.
-
Doors
Hung, repaired and secured
Exterior and interior doors supplied, installed, repaired and adjusted. Lock sets, deadbolts and security hardware.
-
Screens
Repaired or made new
Screen repairs and replacements.

Two shots still to come
A finished window install. One clean shot of a completed window, inside or out, to sit beside line 03. On the list to be shot.
A finished door, or a lock set close-up. The door work has no photo yet. A deadbolt or lock set in hand would do the job.
